B- Oatmeal
L- 4 oz Tilapia 10 string beans
D- 3/4 cup of bean, turkey and ham soup, a salad
S- 1 apple, 1 string cheese and 4 club crackers
All my water and vitamins

Yeah - since the weather was warmer yesterday, I thought I could do the frozen shake instead of the oatmeal. I should have stuck with the oatmeal. It was a good shake. But I had trouble finishing it. I was shaking so bad toward the end. My insides were quivering. At least I had to be burning calories with all of that shaking.
As for the carb snacks. If I start in the evenings, I just can't seem to stop. I have to just stop buying that stuff! I ate too much and too fast and then went to sleep on it. UGH! Yes, it is a far less bings than anything I would have done in the past. So at least I CAN be thanksful for that!

I TOTALLY did so awesome with my water yesterday I was very proud of myslef I got about 80+ ounces in!
And all my vitamins too!
