THE FEED BAG
Yesterday:
B: 4 whole grain crackers with 2 Tbsp light cream cheese with olives
L: 2 oz. of crabcake & 2 oz. filet mignon dipped in steak sauce (leftover from my BIRTHDAY dinner on Sunday!)
S: 1 oz. turkey, 1 oz. cheese, 2 Tbsp diced peaches
D: 2 oz. chicken, 3 Tbsp mashed sweet potato, 2 Tbsp broccoli
All fluids, all vitamins......and a good old protein drink.

L - Creamy Tomato Soup
D- Cream of Shrimp Soup (strained of course)
Dessert - Sugar free Chocolate Pudding
Tried a Nectar Lemon Tea - YICK - Switched over to the PowerADE Zero Grape 32 OZ X 2 throughout the day
Got my fluids and vitamins.
