Ahhh...a run in with MOTY?  How rude can people be?

Glad your pain has subsided somewhat!  I know how horrible it is not to sleep and can I say that when I don't I am the Beeyotch from Hell!!

Today I'm grateful...

1.  That Mike didn't end up needing to drive to South Carolina with his parents last night to pick up his juvenile delinquent niece!!  OMG...the drama!

2.  That I didn't get overly stressed out with the vast amounts of traffic this morning.  Good God people....it's just RAIN!!!

3.  That I have most of my Christmas shopping done and am not stressing either.  Although, I still don't know what to get for Mike...he says he doesn't want or need anything...Grrr!!

Next...

Yeah, but you went back to work fairly soon after surgery.  I just came back last week, so that makes a huge difference!  Plus I did much of it online.

Our family's rule is that the kids are the most important, so yeah, you're good!

Oh, yeah, but it was a SCHEDULED encounter with MOTY!!!  AND.....I even get on Santa's nice list because *I* called her to make sure she was aware of the two concerts!!!  Her famous excuse for everything is, "I didn't know!"

I'm already the Beyotch from Hell - add sleep deprivation to it and it's just not good!!!

Gotta love family drama, huh??????  SIGH.  I'm glad Mike didn't have to make that drive, too!!!

Um......I think Mike needs an earring - perhaps a teeny diamond chip???  He's been a good boy, yes?  Especially in light of recent mood swings!!!  LOL!!!!

Nah...he thinks his masculinity would be questioned with diamond stud earrings.  LOL!!  He's all about looking like a heavy metal musician (except the hair anymore) or a biker and those earrings he had on are about all he'll do.

He plays bass guitar and has been wanting a piece of equipment that plugs into the computer and the guitar into it ,to record music straight to the computer.  He's still deciding which one he wants...

I told him that we'd get him what he wanted because I want the Wii and the Wii Fit!  I think we enjoy our gifts more when we get sometime that we know we want/need.  Just need to find something to be a surprise.

And don't even get me started on the drama in his family.  Mine is tame compared to his and with two exes in the picture because of his girls.....UGH...again...MAJOR SUCKAGE!!

I am grateful for the following:

1.  My husband had to take a $16,000 paycut.  But, he still has a job which I am so thankful for.  There are so many people losing jobs I am just happy he has his.

2.   We both have a day off today.  Home together, no kids!

3.  My husband's soccer team gave him and the other 2 coaches really large gift certificates for coaching.  The 3 families are having dinner together tonight.  I love going out.

Hey g/f!!!  I was JUST thinking of you, was going to post a "KIM?????" post.  Glad to see you're okay, relatively speaking.

Oh, to borrow Heather's phrase, that is MAJOR suckage about your hubby's job.  That is a GINORMOUS chunk of change.  Although I know you're grateful he HAS a job, I'm still sorry this happened.

Have fun going out!!!!  I love it, too - by myself, though - not so much!!!!!

Hugs,

Tia
