THE FEED BAG
I think my diet's going to be reflective of my ongoing dental pain for a while. SIGH. BUT...I'm sure I'll lose more weight over it!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein shake in coffee
L - Chicken orzo soup
D - S/f Italian ice
Yeah, yeah, yeah.....I know, not enough protein. Trust me, right now, all I want is something cold to numb the pain.
I did get in all my fluids and all my vits!!!

B - Oatmeal w/Raisins and skim milk
S - Snack size cottage cheese
L - turkey and cheese on whole wheat tortilla
S - Kashi Bar
D - Greek yogurt w/granola
I realize I really should have more veggies in there and less carbs, but at least I am not over snacking the carbs at inappropriate times right now. So I am satisfied with this.

you know.....my diet never changes LOL although I did try a new recipe which turned out fabulously delicious!
b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese with bacon bits and some kashi cheese crackers (these crackers are THE BEST!!!!)
d - two chicken tenderloins with a spice rub of chili powder (1 tsp), cumin (1 tsp), garlic powder (1/2 tsp) and paprika (1/2 tsp) on a bed of salsa (1 cup)/black bean (16 ounces) mixture (put it all in a aluminum foil pouch and bake at 350 for 20 minutes :)) I have some salsa/black bean mixture left over to do something with......may just eat it by itself. it's medium spicy so it's all good......may put a veggie burger on it with some cheese and nuke it :)
EDIT: Oh yeah! all my liquids and vits.....and NO SNACKING!!!!

The silver lining to dental issues...weight loss!! You always have to find a silver lining!
