got my date 12/30/06
I got my surgery date. So this is really gonna happen woo hoo! Im excited and nervous at the same time but a good nervous a life changing nervous.
I can't wait until it is done and Im ont the road to recovery and live anew with me and my new best freind my band :-))
I keep reading everyone's post and all the info I can get my hands on. I go through all this, I want to get all the benefits I can from this surgery.
And finally my poor back, hips and knees will stop singing the sour notes of pain!
Does anyone know of an indoor pool around baltimore county that would be avaialbe for exercise?

What part of Baltimore do you live -- County or City?
Lynn Brick has a new fitness center in Reisterstown with an indoor pool other than that I have no clue where you can find one unless Gold's or Merritt Athletic have them. I believe Merritt has them at some of their clubs.

I used to live in Odenton and I am not familiar with Baltimore hopefully someone else with chime in. Weekends are slow here just hang in there I am sure someone will give you some info.

Hi Jackieru!...As you can see I am super new here to OH but as I was looking through the message boards I was happy to see I could give you a liitle help. I used to live in White Marsh so I know for sure CCBC in Essex has an indoor pool that is open to the public. They also offer water aerobic classes. Anyway, congrats on your suregery date...all my best to you on your weight loss journey!
thanks so much. I will call CCBC and see about a water aerobic class. Im am so excited about this surgery. I can't hardly sleep. I feel like I got the best gift ever for Christmas ever with this approval 
. knowing Im going to get my health back. I had been on 1 blood pressure meds and since dropping the 41.4 Lbs Im only on one now. and hopefully this time next year I won't need it either.

and Im pretty new to the site too I signed up in sept when I started looking for a dr and research about this surgery. I have got my protein shakes chilling in the frig, my decaf tea bags, and crystal lite assortment. I have yogurts and broths. got my vitamins and calcium chewables we are readyto get this party started! Im so ready Im beside myself LOL!
