B - Oatmeal w/ some raisins and milk
S - Snack size cottage cheese
L - Turkey on whole wheat tortilla w/cheese
S - Small bag of trail mix
D - Protein bar
I have had a strong week. Now my challenge is to make it through the weekend. I always seem to go off on the weekend. Hopefully, I will so busy that there will not be time to stray!
