Since Cira is extremely busy right now, I will help continue her Daily Affirmation post.  Today, I realized how much I needed it to help my through the days.

My affirmation for today is...

I release all images others hold of me. I choose my own self-image.

I am sorry i have not been on to post my daily affirmations.  I am sorry I wasn't here for you.  Thank you for posting for me you are such a doll.

I love your affirmation.... I hope you are having a great weekend. me I am busy busy busy. Today i promised myself to stay in bed and relax and i couldn't so I decided to check on OH.  lol  I need to go and relax it has been a busy week.
