Daily Workout!!!
Hi all,
Last night I did great, I think. I did 16 minutes on treadmill, running every 4th minute, weights and stretches, then another 16 minutes. That is 8 minutes of running! I was sweating like a pig when I was done but very proud of myself. I didn't lower my speed (3.5 walking 5.5 running) and I kept going on incline during the walking phase. so I am able to go faster and longer than I ever have. YES!
I haven't been swimming in awhile so I will do that tonight. How bout you?

Wow Nicole! You are doing great! I can't run because of my knees, but I know how hard of a walk that is!
Last night I had my pool classes. Our usual trainer was not there because she had a death in the family. The subs were good and the aerobic class was especially tough and I liked that. Still I will be happy when the usual trainer is back. This is a tough time of the year to have to experience loss (I know it is never a good time) and I feel for her.
Tonight I am planning on doing the weight circuit and the treadmill.
I also want to push myself to get into the gym on the weekends. I have slacked off on that lately. I seem todo better overall if I get to the gym on the weekends. This will be tough because there is just so much to do at this time of year. But I want to try.
