I did the liquit centrum for 1 month and then later to centrum chewables..
I use that protein and I like it.  The powder right? If you mix it with very cold milk and a fork it will taste good. I don't put it in a blender because it gets too foamy and I hate that.  Sometimes you can add some vanilla extract, a piece of fruit and splenda to give it a nice shake taste.

ty I went o walmart didnt have it they did at target but it was in a big container so didnt know if I should get it akis was ipon sale 419 so I got 3 ---4 pks jello and yogurt drink I bought a xcale 9 lbs since monday. how id the liquid vitiams do u mix it?

Yes the powder is almost  2 pound jug for like $14.00 which is great. It has 23 grams of protein per scoop and when you mix it with milk you get 33 grams total.  You can get EAS vanilla drinks 4 in a pack they have 17 grams of protein and easy to drink especially if it is really cold.

The liquid centrum I just took it by itself the quicker you drink it then it is done and over with.  lol
