Can someone enlighten me

Mostly every morning I wake up I have this foam stuff.  Does anyone else have that and what is it from?

where might this foam stuff be?  (hey, someone had to ask!)

I couldn't tell what surgery you have had or are having.  I have heard that foaming could be a sign of a band that's too tight on the Lap Band patients.  Hope it isn't much to worry about!
