Not Such Great News

Blood pressure is doing very good on the new medicine and I am sure I would not have any issues about that anymore.

I had my second Upper Endoscopy test about an hour ago.

This was to check on the how well the ulcer had cleared up.  Ulcer pretty much cleared up however he said stomach very inflamed and he would not recommend any surgery for at least two to three months.

I have a call into Doctor Von Rueden's office to advise them of this latest turn.  I am not depressed about this I will just look at it as a very small setback.

Awww, Terri, I'm sorry for this bump in the road.  You have the right attitude, though, to look at it as just that - a setback.

Lots of folks here on the board have had some blips, but eventually, it all works out.  I'm glad you called DVR's office - let's see what he has to say, also.

You want to be in the best possible health before your surgery, so this will help you do that.

Hang in there, sweetie,

Tia

Sorry to hear about your setback. It's good that your medical team is watching you closely so that when you have surgery, it will be smooth sailing, with no surprises.

Keep the positive attitude!!!!

Terri, I know how disappointing this can feel. I hit a snag and was delayed in my journey as well. In hindsight as I look back, it was not a bad wait at all. However, at the time, it felt enormous to me. It sounds like you have the right attitude - staying positive!

All the best,

Debbie

Thanks one and all for your positive energy.  God bless you all.

I will take this time to reflect on the good stuff.

I am sure that all is going well for Jilly, she is in my prayers for a safe and successful surgery.

I will stay on top of insurance requirements. Thanks Dusty.

You are right...it's only a small setback.  You will have your surgery when you are as healthy as can be, so that recovery will be swift as possible.
