ON TV WEDNESDAY NIGHT
I HATE when there are two specials on at the same time!!!
Tonight:
Christmas in Rockefeller Center - 8-9 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer - 8:30-9, WJZ, Channel 13
If you've never seen the tree in NYC, it is something to behold!!! I've seen it up close and personal and it's HUGE and beautiful!!! In 2001, after the 9/11 attacks, the multi-colored lights on the tree were switched for red, white and blue lights. I think they're back to multi-colored in the past couple of years, though.
Keep in mind that if you want to switch back and forth between the two, the tree is lit during the last 15-30 minutes of the show, to allow for all the entertainers, etc.
