I've been looking for a recipe for something like this.  I think I might top mine with Splenda sweetened Greek yogurt for some protein!!!

Convert to Metric
Convert to U.S. Standard
  6 Granny Smith apples
1 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon margarine
 
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash apples and core using an apple corer. Place in a 9X13-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix together SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and cinnamon. Fill each apple with the mixture and then top each apple with a small dot of margarine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven 45 to 50 minutes or until slightly soft.

Serving Size: 1 baked apple
