3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY!

GOOD MORNING!!!  23 DAYS LEFT UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!!!!  In case you didn't know!!!  LOL!!!!!!

Yesterday was the weirdest weather I've seen in some time - everything BUT snow!!!    Made my drive home - 1.5 hours, not a whole lot of fun!!!  There was a horrible accident at Perring Parkway - I don't know if there were any injuries, but I'd be amazed if there weren't!!!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  The 2 vm's I got - Dusty called to tell me to check out Four Christmases and to look for Ralphie as the ticket agent!!!!  LOL!!!!  And the lovely Deb, from the Eastern Shore, is gonna be up my way tomorrow and I might get to meet up with her!!!  Haven't seen her since Aaron's bday party!!  Can't wait!!  Thanks, you two!!  What a nice surprise this a.m.!!

2.  I came home to a tree that was up and lit - but not yet decorated.  Mom's a master decorator and I swear, our tree is beautiful with just multi-colored lights!!!  I could sit for HOURS in a darkened living room with just the tree lights on!!

3.  The peace and contentment that comes with this time of year.  Although my life has its ups and downs and my love life is pretty non-existent - I have such a good life.  My parent's health seems to have stabilized for the time being, KB are doing well, my brother's OT is down, which means more time for me, and I come home every night to a puppy who's so excited she carpet swims for me!!!  What more could a girl want???!!!  It's all good!!

Have a great day everyone!!!

GOOD MORNING

Today I am grateful for :

1.  The fact that for the first time in four days I managed to get dressed without feeling
like I was going to pass out.

2.  For the rainbow I saw yesterday afternoon:  just as I was talking to my gyn:
I think it was Gods way of telling me that everything is going to be OK :  just in his
Time not mine.

3.  That my parents are feeling a bit better:  I don't feel too guilty about not staying home
again today,

4.  For my coworkers who held down the fort while I was out sick.

5.  That the warehouse manager has the flu :  terrible I know but I can get my desk
in order before answering his million and one questions.

So have a great day everyone.

Happy Tuesday!

Today is a quiet day for me. I have lots of work to do, but other than that, things are calm. And I like calm! I am looking forward to my water aerobics class tonight. The trainer is going to play Christmas Music for us to exercise to!

1 - While I missed 2 of my Pilates Class members last night, I was able to get some individual attention. I discovered I had not been doing some of my moves properly in the past, thus missing some of the benefit. I am continuing to learn more about how my body is out of alignment and try to compensate to get it into the correct position. This should benefit me all of the time, not just in class.

2 - The routine of yesterday really helped me get back into the program. I am feeling more confident and optomistic today. I am really sick of gaining and losing the same several pounds over and over. It is truly up to me get past this. I would love to be at goal by New Year's! Hopefully, by publically saying this, I will have to work harder to make it so (self-psych!).

3 - Although cool, it is a beautiful day outside!

Havre a beautiful day!

I'm with you, Deb - I like calm!!!!!

Would it help if you posted on the Feed Bag?  Sometimes, seeing it in print can be quite the eye-opener!!!

In any case, please take heart in the fact that you've come SUCH a long way!!!

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,

T

Thanks Tia! I would be too embarrassed to write what I eat on the days that I truly don't manage properly. The whole thing is psychological because I am choosing to not follow the program at times. I am just trying to break the old habits that have always been there. Of course, this is easier said than done!

Thanks for your positive words and never-ending support!
