Anyone interested in adopting a cat?

Hi all,

I volunteer for lucky cat rescue and we have a cat that is in dire need of a home. He is currently at the Bel Air Petco and I am going to foster him starting tonight. He is so nervous there that he is licking his hair off around his legs and back. Poor thing! He is a beautiful main coon cat, extremely sweet and loving. He was doing well in his previous foster home until he came to the petco. He is 2-3 years old, declawed and fixed and extremely sweet and loving. He needs a home without any aggressive animals. The adoption fee is normally 85 dollars but I am willing to pay that to find him a good home. I am so worried about him.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. I would be so appreciative!

Awwww, Nic!!!!  You are SUCH a good soul!!!!!  Even if I wasn't allergic, I couldn't have a cat because Happy would be more nuts than she already is!!!!

You should name him Lucky, 'cause he's lucky to have YOU!!!

Nic:  I'm having to agree with Tia on this one .  You are so sweet to worry about the cat like that.
Cuddles would never go for another pet in the house but I hope you can find  the cat a good home.

Tia _  You sure Gary doesn't want another mouser LOL

If we didn't have Killian, I'd be all over it.  At her age, poor thing, it wouldn't be fair to her - she, after all, is Gary's FIRST baby!!!

I agree with everyone else, you are great for being the cat's foster mommy!  I wish I could take him, but I'm afraid my 1 year old would be the aggressive animal in this situation lol.  I hope you find him a really great home!

Nicole, you are so compassionate and I know all the little creatures are lucky to have you as a volunteer.  I have a cat that just lost her "sister" and is 13 and set in her ways, so I couldn't disrupt her world with a new cat right now.  Maine coon cats are a beautiful breed.  I wonder why he is without a home?  Good luck!
