I forgot to post it.. Please join me in posting what you ate for yesterday.
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz Coffee, S/F French vanilla creamer, S/F brown sugar & maple Oatmeal
L- 1/2 cup Bean soup with 2 oz corn meal
D- 3 oz pork tenderloin, 1/2 of a baked sweet potatoe with country crock shedds spread
S- 1 string cheese, 3 slices of pineapple
All my water and all my vitamins.
