Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie.....YUM!

No one will miss the sugar in this recipe.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 9-inch pie pastry
  • 16-ounce can pumpkin
  • 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon*
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger*
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg*
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves*

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs. Beat in rest of ingredients. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve with sugar free whipped cream.

* Or 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Hey Jilly,

My first post-op Thanksgiving I went to my Mother in Laws and I was in charge of dessert since for me it had to be sugar free. So I got the recipe off Splenda and this looks like about the same but using splenda as sugar

Hi Cutie patootie!!! I totally snagged it from SPLENDA! LOLOL I LOVE THEIR WEBSITE! When I joined their email newsletter they gave me a printable recipe book full of some AWESOME stuff. LOL LOVES IT!!!!!! ;o)

I just saw a little recipe book in the grocer store isle and picked it up. The have some yummy looking recipes in there and yes there website too.

Awesome! I saw one in Books a Million and I am so going back to snag it! LOL I never thought I would become a SPLENDA MOMMA! LOL I really have not missed the sugar ;o)
