Good Morning Maryland;

Tia is off this week and will have spotty internet access so I will start this off this morning.

1.  That Christmas is going to be more "traditional" then I originally thought.
Mom had decided that rather then have the whole family over at night that it was too much for her
and she would go visit my brothers and sister at their homes instead - with my driving them of course.  She has changed her mind and decided that she will have everyone over instead-
That way we can all be together at the same time.   It will be more work for me ie cleaning,
decorating and picking up the platters of food Christmas Eve day but I am so glad
we will all be together.

2.   That the RAVENS won yesterday.

3.  That we have enough sugar to load out the trucks coming in today LOL
I guess you would have to work in a distribution warehouse to understand the wonderful thing
this really is:  Especially this time of year.

Have a great day everyone

Good Morning,

I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for the Thanksgiving holiday this week!

1 - A Great Concert - I went to the Kelly and Reba Concert on Saturday night. It was a fabulous concert. It was a wonderful blend of both of them, both very talented women.(As an aside, I can see why the Arena is going to be rebuilt. The leg room was awful! I had no trouble with the width. But my knees were sore by the time we left.)

2 - Sleep - I actually managed to get some extra sleep in on Sunday. Life has been so wonderfully busy, that I have missed this. I really needed this opportunity to recharge and it was delicious!

3 - Gas Prices - With all of the economic woes we are facing, I have to say that I am truly glad that the gas prices have gone down. I don't know how long it will last, but, I will enjoy it while I can.

Have a super day!

hey darla,

i am still struggling pretty badly w/ anxiety/depression issues so my thankful list is quite basic.

1. this is a short week and i get to be w/ my parents. for some reason i feel less bad around them.

2. even though i ate badly last three days i lost a couple lbs so i am only 2.5 lbs away from 100 lost.

3. a good hubby. we spent alot of time together this weekend and it really helped having him around. he has great hugging ability.

Good morning!!!!!!!!  Yep, busy week and spotty access, but here I am!!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  That I'm off ALL week!!!  And that I left on Friday with an absolutely SPOTLESS desk.  No telling what it'll look like NEXT week, but I'll worry about that next week.

2.  I'm not a football fanatic, but I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad the Ravens beat the Eagles.

3.  For my day with B!!  Although I'm pretty sure B is happier about spending the day with his bff than me, we still have some time together this morning.

I'll check in later!!  Hope everyone has a great day!!!

A short week !   I have a lot to get cleaned up here in my office, but I'll enjoy the long weekend

Spending Thanksgiving with friends in NC.

We had decided not to try to go to CT for Thanksgiving as it would be too much excitement for my mother (not to mention the DRAMA at my sister's house), and Mr Mo called me on Friday about taking a couple of days in the middle of the week in December to take an overnight trip to CT.   So I will see my Mom before Christmas where I can spend one on one time with, her and hopefully have a nice visit.

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

I am grateful for the following:

1.  I only have to work one more day this week

2.  That the impossible to find case of wine I was searching for SHIPPED!!

3.  That my children are mine.  I spent part of the weekend with my niece's and nephew's.  What a disresepectful group of kids.  The way they talk to adults is AWFUL!
