Hi all, this is a short work week for most so not sure if i will exercise as much this week. but i do see my pt today. the thing w/ my next door neighbor didn't work out but luckily she was the one who said it, not me. i am very happy bout that. so i can do my thing on my own.

OK plans are for the Reformer Pilates class tonight and a round of the cardio/weight circuit
if  I get there early enough.

Sorry It didn't work out with your neighbor but my bet is the more you go to the gym the more people you will meet -  I have made several friends this way.  So give them your
best smile and enjoy the workout.

Short week here too and the gym closes early on Thursday so I may just have to
get back onto the WiiFit for Thursdays workout.

Tuesday will be the water classes and Wens. is bowling night.

I am still not doing anything 'organized' in the way of exercise, but I have been hitting the stairs instead of the elevator button here around the building!

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Good morning Nic!

I am getting off this computer in a few and going to do 1 hour on the treadmill and then 45 minutes of toning exercise... I am aching all over today from the cold I have arthritis so my joints are a bit stiff today but I am not going to let that stop me.

Sorry that it didn't work out with your neighbor.  Maybe you will find someone else later if not i am glad you are motivated enough to continue. You go girl!

Good Afternoon Nicole,

Sorry it didn't work out with your neighbor.  Although it can be easier to have workout buddy, sometimes it's better to not have to worry about anyone but yourself. 

Heading to the treadmill shortly for 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of arm and leg exercises.  I'm actually looking forward to next week when my weight restriction is lifted and I can start more strenuous toning exercises.

Im only doing the walking today. I feel like CHIT! LOL I am on the liver shrinking diet so its getting the best of me. I think my face is breaking out for the first time since HIGH SCHOOL! LOL HELLLLLP! So the best I will pull off today is prob about a half hour of walking. (((Hugs)))

so sorry you are struggling. just do the best you can. once you have had surgery, it will be alot easier to exercise, I promise!
