Hey girl -

It's a collaborative effort - me, Mom and my aunt.  Too much food, too little people to eat it all and not enough wine!!!  LOL!!!!!

How's things with you?

LOL!!!  Funny that you mention that you can't cook.  I'd read an article in the Sun Paper about a chef who will customize cooking classes.  I think there'd be some interest from the board, but what I'm seeing looks a little pricey.  I was thinking that would be something fun to do after the holidays.  It'd be great if I could get a chef to customize a plan for us to include most, if not all, of our nutritional requirements.

I LOVE to cook and bake and am good at both, but I'm always willing to learn new techniques and recipes.

Um.....................does Mike have a brother??? LOL!!!!

JILLY - 10 MINUTES IN THE MICROWAVE??????  LOL!!!  Jeez, why didn't you just hold it over an open flame?????  There are directions on those boxes.  AND.........................those meals are junk, honey!!!!!  LOL!!!

That cooking class thing sounds like FUN!!!!!!!!!!!! I took cooking class in High School and the first day (And 4 other days that semester) we had to rush out due to a fire!!! Yes the fire was always my fault. hahaha I guess my thing is that I dont get to cook often. Mike does all the cooking and baking and loves it.

As for that yucky old Turkey meal hahaha it was so KRISP! But see I had someone bring me a HungryMan Turkey meal a few weeks back and it had to go in for like 8 min. So I thought this was about the same. hahaha NOT EVEN CLOSE! Mike laughed soooo hard girl and said "My poor poor NON COOKING WIFE!" haha

Keep me posted on that cooking thing it soundl ike it would be FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~Jilly~
