Those of you who still have a sweet tooth and love pumpkin will LOVE this!!  Please note that each ingredient, besides the cream cheese, is TO TASTE.

Pumpkin Spread

1 large container of whipped cream cheese
Splenda
canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
pumpkin pie spice

Mix together, use as a spread or dip for s/f gingersnaps!!!

Pumpkin Fluff

To above ingredients, add one container of s/f Cool Whip - garnish with s/f gingersnaps or layer in parfait glasses with crumbled s/f gingersnaps.  Top with more Cool whip.

You, too, can have Thanksgiving dessert!!!

Enjoy!!

Sounds like something I might attempt to bring to the office!   We just had our Halloween bash, but maybe we can do a little impromptu Turkey Day lunch.   Need to check with the other managers to see who wants to chip in and we will do if for the staff!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Moie -

Since it's a "to taste" kind of recipe, you, YES, EVEN YOU, couldn't screw it up!!!!  LOL!!!

At another of our offices, we used to do a HUGE Thanksgiving dinner.  No one seems interested in continuing the tradition, though, which is sad.  :(

We always do Halloween, Christmas, and St Patricks Day (go figure .. lmao) .. and occasionally in between but this is an eating bunch of people so there is ALWAYS food of some sort around.

Hugs, Mo

p.s.   I resemble that screw up remark :P:P

Well, most of the folks I work with are happy to eat, they just don't want to have to contribute anything!!!

Legend has it that you could leave a $10 bill on a table full of Troopers and it would grow mold, but put food out and you could potentially draw back a bloody stump!!!  LOL!!!

No, you don't resemble it, you know I speak the truth!!!!  LOL!!!!

I'll have you know there are several things that I have fixed for the office that are in GREAT demand!   The buffalo chicken dip is a HUGE hit with this crowd.   And they used to like the Irish Cream Cake, until they tasted the buffalo chicken!

Thanks for the recipes, especially with pumpkin. I had an idea to do something with pumpkin and Greek yogurt. However, it did not work out. I think I need to play with the proportions some more. Hence the reason why no one saw this on Saturday night!
