MSP LOSES ANOTHER OF ITS FINEST
On Friday, November 7, 2008, F/Sgt. Tobin Triebel, MSP Aviation Command, was on vacation with his family in NC when he was killed by a tree trimming truck while he was jogging.
Tobin, who had 13 years on the job was a flight paramedic and, at the time of his death, in charge of the Aviation Command's Training Section.
He leaves behind a wife and two daughters.
Please pray for Tobin, his family, his friends and his co-workers.
Thanks,
Tia

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
