GROW THE FRICK UP!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all...to CIRA directly...and to her groupies indirectly.... Get off of my back...unless you have the guts to speak to me directly and if you do...set up the place and time!!!!  I will be there and the gloves will be off.

How dare you or anybody else feel you have the right to censor anybody's opinions..other then your own.  If you feel that daily conversations about Brady trivia, songs of the day, etc... are exciting ... KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF!!!  However, the comment about the "boring board" was made verbally by an attendee of the Glen Burnie meeting...and it was not made by who you think!!! Unless you know the context of the conversation, the person who said it...and how it related to other conversations...then mind your business.

Also, whether I feel this board is boring or not...is my business not yours...and I will post any place I want.  Those who are in the "know" which you are not...know that I did not make the comment...in a nasty way..it was said as you would call a person named Anthony...Tony...or some other type of nick-name.

Lastly, don't even question my support...  when you can bring your claws back in...and get your lips out of your saucer of milk... then we will discuss support and cattiness!!!

Needless to say, if you...and or your groupies...want to continue this chat publically...be prepared because I will continue it....and many will say as it runs it course..."Wow..interesting reading"...

Now get over yourself!!!

Oh good lord, are you serious............ What grade are all of these adults in.  Wow I go away for awhile and somethings just never change.  What is sad is all the new people here, they are seeing this.  The truth is not all comes out on the board but people can get nasty with those pm's.

I guess this is the main reason I left this board and found awesome support else where.
As for the Glen Burnie Support group, WOW what a great group of people and I learn something every time I go.  Thank you Dan for all your support in this past year, you are my rock.  I think it speaks volumes, the type of person that you are.  You take from your very busy schedule to make sure people meet every month and now your Gastric Bypass Cookbook has sold a ton of copies. 

I am very sorry you are subject to the bull**** that does go on here on the MD board.  It is very sad to have so much cattiness.  I left here cause I am sick and tired of people tell me what to post and what not to post **** IT!  God gave me a mouth I plan to speak.  Dan keep in mind that there is a boat load of us here, at the hospital and at support meeting that need you and hold you at high respect.  Really you don't need all this bull****  Food for thought it does not ever get any better in here.  I have seen so many people come and go due to others here. I know who I am and do not need to follow someone.  As for the groupie issues here, yeah it is here and people just need to think for there selves.  Know who you are and know how to work your tool.  You will see who is a good support and who is not and who had made great success with there tool. Some people say things cause they feel bad about there selves.

Sorry you have to deal with this but I have been in your shoes.  I just don't give **** anymore and the people I know and love here, know where to find me.  I would just let it go, really the issue at hand is not worth it.  Think about who is ******g and moaning and there is your answer.

Way to go Kristen and Dan!!

First let me say, you, Kristen have been so wonderful and kind to me and I love you for it. I joined this board to make new friends who I had something in common with and for the support I so need. I  am not into this 'clicque" stuff  I for one have always prided myself in getting along and making friends with everyone.  Who is anyone to judge anyone?  Yet, here on this board I feel there is alot of that going on.  We can not get healthy in our bodies and our minds if we don't open our ourselves up and stop being judgemental.  I really got so much out of the Glen Burnie Support Group and it was my first time there.  A small informative, educational group with a leader (Dan) who is so knowledgable and so into helping others he is truly amazing!!

I will continue to post on this board any others when and if I want to and can and if some  chose not to accept me then too bad.  I am so not into any negative drama got enough in my personal life don't need it!!

While I have never been the direct target of those who feel in a position to judge others here on the MD board, I absolutely agree with the things you have said. I have seen some ugly stuff go down on here. I even PM'ed someone about her behavior (publicly humiliating others), and she decided not to reply to my message.

Anyway, I do lurk on the MD board from time-to-time, but for the most part, I come here, scan the topics and the authors, click something if I think it is of value, and move on. In the past, people have asked why this board has quieted down, and I have responded by saying that there seems to be a lot of 'cliques'. That answer usually gets "What?? Cliques???? Noooooo, not here!!!"

Anyway, I appreciate the honesty you have both put forth. (And now I am doubly pissed that I missed the Glen Burnie meeting!!) I will see you in December.

Oh -- and watch out -- you have the MD-Board-Self-Appointed-Main-Momma really hot now!!
