I am going to continue with the same affirmation for a while. After I get better at this one, I will build upon it. I did print this out and post it everywhere that I could to remind myself constantly, especially at home, when I am most easily tempted. So I repeat what I said yesterday....
The past is the past. Today is what is most important. I am strong. I am in control of today and tomorrow. I control my appetite. It does not control me. My strength is the key to my success going forward.

Great to see your affirmations again!
The family is doing good. Gianna turned 7 today and m,y husband just left with my son Gino Jr & Gianna to go see Madagascar 2. I decided to stay home with the baby she is still really sick and I didn't want to take any chances with taking her out.

Gianna loved the movie, my husband said it was funny but the humor is intended more for older kids. Bummer my son he will be 4 in December kept interrupting out loud by saying he was having a great time but the popcorn was nasty! OMG Gino said everyone was laughing. lol
I hope Hunter enjoys the movie next weekend.
I was thinking she would be better by today but she has a lot of congestion in her chest and nose and is a bit cranky today.
