** Ticker trouble **

I created a ticker with tickerfactory and I went to User Settings and copied it into the body of a box similar to this one, and it worked, sort of, but just showed the html words, didn't show the ticker.  Can anyone instruct me what I did wrong?  I'd be much obliged! 

I had the same issue, and finally figured it out.  What you need to do is right click on the ticker that you created then click on copy and then go to user settings and past it there.  Hope this helps you.

Bummer, cuz I knew how  to do that...and I did right click copy it.  The one, the html one just gave me a red x and the other one just showed as the verbage and no ticker...the bottom for ezboards, I even tried that one but the same result....but thanks, I'll have to figure it out somehow. 

Just copy the picture of the ticker itself... Not the HTML wording. 

Once you copy the ticker itself just past it on the signature space at the user setting section on your left.

okay!  Thanks Cira!  That worked like a charm.  But does the ticker actually work?  Or do I have to update and paste a new one each day?  I appreciate you helping me!

oh boy, I went back and reread what you typed and you said the same thing.  I guess I just had my head wrapped around copying in one of those html codes....Cira brought it down to a lower level so I could get it!!  ....
