Friday:
B - Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal with skim milk
L - Half Greek salad and cup of Greek beef vegetable soup
D - Homemade chili with cheese, Greek yogurt

hmmmmm....Friday I didn't have much because I didn't have any food and I didn't go grocery shopping until Friday evening after work. So for Friday I had
b - protein shake and some kashi
l - mixed nuts and a protein shake
d - ricotta cheese with pizza sauce and melted parm/fat free mozz on top
all my vits and liquids!

B- 2 tbs eggbeater w/ 1 tbs cheese
1 tbs peaches
S- protein shake
L- 2.5 tbs chix salad
1 tbs cheesy mash pot
S- about 70% of a protein shake ( I just couldnt fini****)
D-2 tbs FF refried beans
1 tbs cheese
1 tbs greek yogurt
LNS- 2 wedges of the laughing cow cheese ( I so wasnt hungry but I knew I needed to get in more protein)
It is so hard to eat food when your not hungry!! I never in my life have expierenced this before. I WELCOME THE CHANGE...lol but it is a struggle, because I want to be very diligent about getting my protein in.
I took all my vitamins and was about 4 oz short on water. So not too bad.

B- 12 oz Coffee, Quaker s/f maple & brown sugar oatmeal (my favorite now) made with 2% milk
L- 3 oz steak sauteed with onions & green peppers with steamed broccoli
D- 4 oz baked pork chop with onions & green peppers 1/2 of a baked potate with shedds spread & 1 tbs of sour cream, little bit of salad with french dressing
S- Homemade corn muffin that Gino made me from a recipe that came with the lite & fit yogurt It was yummy warm with some shedds spread on it. Gotta love my hubby! lol
