Hi Mikel! any protein powder you can mix with water. If you want to order protein powder online, my favorite is Whey Groumet that I order through www.bariatriceating.com I also use Body Fortress from Wal Mart. Now if you want UNFLAVORED protein powder to mix in with your crystal light, I would recommend Unury unflavored www.unjury.com
Mike you can buy the nectar brand in Vitamin shoppe or GNC I believe has it too.

My three things:
1. We made it to our hotel in one piece and the traffic wasn't too bad.
2. I am the lowest weight I have been since the 6th grade. I wasn't embarrassed to step on the scale at the MD office. Who knew that would happen?
3. I am wearing a size 6!!! My husband is telling me I look HOT tonight. NICE!!
