Daily Workout!!!

Hi everyone,

yesterday was my off day but i did take a 25 minute walk with my dog and did my leg lifts on my bed. This morning I was so stiff I could barely bend over. not sure what that is all about!

Today I am going to the company gym by myself and do something. not sure if it will be a full workout with threadmill and weights or just one of the two. depends on how I feel.

What about you?

Good morning Nic!

Today I had my morning walk for an hour. I will do 45 minutes of toning exercise later today. I am feeling a bit crappy my cold is coming back. 
I hope you have a great exercise today. 

Make sure to stretch before you walk and exercise so you don't feel too achy.

I plan to do 30 minutes on my recumbent bike.  I have pretty severe left knee but I'm going to do it anyway.

april can't wait to see you join us. we are unfortunately a small group but exercise is very important. hope you are feeling good since surgery

I did my power walk Thursday morning.  Friday is my off day.  I really felt tired all day.  Don't know why.
