THE FEED BAG
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee, Quaker s/f brown sugar & maple oatmeal made with 1 cup of 8oz 2% milk
L-Lunch with Gianna at school fried chiken breast (no skin) small baked potatoe and 2 tbsp of sweet peas
S- a small slice of apple pie
D-3 chicken nuggets 1/4 cup of mac & cheese
S- 6 oz light & fit yogurt
All my water and vitamins

Your choices looked great. Our bodies are weird - for a LONG time, I couldn't do plain water, had to be with Crystal Light and it had to be room temp or
!!! Just pay attention, if you start having problems eating, too, you'll want to call your doctor.
It DOES get easier as time goes on to get the water in - I PROMISE!!!
