2 Year Surgeversary......

On Monday, October 13Th it was my 2 year surgeversary.  Yep 2 whole years have just flown by.  2 years and 200 lbs.  I don't post on here much cause I'm a LURKER but I do read posts everyday and love reading about everyone and how wonderful you all are doing.  We all should be very proud of each other.  As for me all is wonderful, life is bright and I have absolutely no complaints.  For so many years I lived in a body that was unhappy and unable to live life to it's fullest.  I took my life by the horns, took a huge step and I have never looked back (although I will never forget where I came from) or been happier.  I have made friends through this journey that I cherish and have learned more about life and people then I ever thought I could.  This has been a journey that I am so glad I had the courage to take.   Ok I'm done I just thought I'd pat myself on the back for a job well done and to reach out and give all of you a big hug.

Now if I can get a grip on the snacking I'll be in good shape.  LOL  I have to go back to the basics every now and then so I don't trip myself up.  I have a handle on it though which 200 lbs ago I didn't.  This has been a great learning tool for sure.   Thanks for the Congrat's.  You are doing marvelous yourself girlie.

Congratulations and happy surgiversary margie!  200 pounds is no small feat either.  I'm approaching my bicentennial as well and it is a lot of hard work.  I'm very proud of you :)
