Yesterday:

B - Bimbo bread w/pb & apple

L - Roast beef, Swiss & mustard on 1 slice of rye

D - 1 slice cheese pizza

S - s/f Bomb Pop

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Day 6 of clear, thin liquids. 64oz of liquids, 80 grams of protein.

Tomorrow I start 2 weeks of full liquids. Can't wait to be able to use the protein mixes instead of the liquid protein. These bullets are gaggy anyway I try them!

Yeah, right there with ya!!!  I'm still waiting for the day that someone invents a protein pill!!!

My sense of taste/smell/texture changed after wls, and EVERY protein drink made me gag!!!  The ONLY ones I can drink are the ready to drink EAS Advant Edge, and then, only when I HAVE to!!

Hang in there!!  It'll soon be a memory!!!

yesterday was meal replacement day for me LOL

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and a protein shake

l - protein shake and a handful of nuts

d - the same soup I had yesterday (made a new batch)

all my liquids and vits.

Yesterday:

B- 12 oz coffee, Quaker oatmeal

L- 4 oz chicken & string beans

S- string cheese 17 wheat thins crackers

D- 3oz Mozarella cheese melted on tomatoe slices, 

S- honey nut cheerios 1/2 cup of 2% milk  

All my water and vitamins
