b - oatmeal and 4 strips of veggie bacon
l - cream of chicken soup with cut up pieces of chicken tenderloins in it and cut up pieces of veggies burger and some cheese melted through it.....really tasty and full of protein.
d - same as lunch
NO SNACKING!!!!

B- 12 oz coffee, splenda and non dairy creamer, quaker s/f brown sugar & maple oatmeal cereal
L- 1/2 cup white rice & beans with a slice of avocado and 3 oz of roasted chicken breast
D- 3/4 cup of tortilini pasta mixed with spaghetti sauce with gound beef and mozarella cheese and ricotta cheese
S- 1/2 of a medium size candied apple, 2 vanilla sandwich cookies

SIGH................................Those big, honking candy apples just keep calling my name!! The red ones AND the caramel ones. Mom used to make both.
Fortunately, I don't listen to them anymore. Strangely enough, though, I haven't been able to filter the candy corn out yet - perhaps it calls to me in a higher pitch??? LOL!!!

KB bought me some apple cider from Weber's last weekend - OMG! did I dump! Not sick, just a major dip in the blood sugar. ICK!!! Not worth the weird feeling it gave me!!
