new website I found
So I was looking for some good recipe's for fall. You know all the pumpkins and squash. AHHHH I love this time of year. Anyway, I came across this site. It has a good number of recipes with under 200-250 cal main dishes and lots of protein. like spaghetti squash and pork stir fry ( 248 cal and 27 g protein), Almond crusted chix fingers (175 cal 27 g pro.) and Turkey squash soup. ( 241 cal, 25 g. protein) , yummm, or OHHH and the desserts, I found one for pumpkin popovers ( 134 cal & 6 g pro) and Squash cheesecake bars (146 cal & 5 g pro)
