Daily Workout!!!

Ok my peeps. time to get myself back on the horse. last week sucked exercise wise but i am starting to feel better and my personal trainer will be kicking my butt today. My goal is to do four days this week.

AHH I NEED this accountability. I too have sucked way too much with exercise lately.
SO this week I am going to try to get to the gym 2 times and walk at home 3 days. MMMMM Off work today, maybe I should go now!!!

Good Morning Nic:

Today is my pilates class and if traffic cooperates I will do some treadmill and weight circuit
before that.

I managed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and yesterday at the gym plus Bowled
Wens so that was a good week.

Good morning Nic!

Glad to hear you are feeling better.   I hope you have a great session with your trainer.
I am getting ready to go for my daily 1 hour walk and then when I get back Gino and I will be doing 1 hour of toning exercises.  My goal is to get to do the toning exercise 3 times this week.

I'm going to commit to 5 days of walking this week.  DH and I walked 1 1/2 miles this a.m.  Sat., took a longer walk with family.  I'm actually starting to enjoy it.
