STILL LOOKING FOR WALKING BUDDY

I live in frederick and love to walk in the evenings.  But I miss having a walking buddy they moved away.  Does anyone live near by who wants to walk 4-5 nights a week?
I am needy here folks LOL

I'm near by, sort of, just down I70 20 minutes,  but I guess not near by enough to walk together.  I have some pretty severe knee arthritis that keeps me from doing much of anything. I'm hoping that weight loss gives me enough of a break that I can get knee surgery done and be able to get up out of a chair.  I'm in the same boat as you are, but mine is because I live in the sticks, no neighbors to walk with. I hope you find someone.

I hope you get to find a walking buddy soon.  I wish I was near. I did find a lady here in my neighborhood that had RNY last year and we drag a couple of other ladies to walk with us who have not had wls and we walk every day Mon-Fri... 

Ask around in your neighborhood maybe someone will join you.

I don't get home until 5:15..... (not sure how soon until it will be dark at that time....)

Tues, or wednesday, might be ok. (I go to classes the other night though)

I usually walk from 7 pm to 8 pm around baker park or around my neighborhood in Amber meadows.

I usually do a loop around my neighborhood and Willowbrook that's pretty safe at night too.
