Sorry I didn't have a chance to post.  I had a blast last night.  I really shook my assetts the best I could.  I hope we'll get to do it again.  Our group is small but we're becoming friends.  Next month, we're meeting at my house.  I hope more people will be able to make it.

I am alive and doing reasonably well.  Medically I am doing great.... had my 5 month checkup and Dr. S was tickled to death... he told me I was looking great!  (That made my day!)

Mentally it's another story all together....

Yes, we need to get together for lunch or just to get together....I need human companionship on the weekends.... the next few months will be rough on me...


The Zumba class was GREAT!!!!!!  I had so much fun.  Excercise has never been so much fun.  Yes, things were shaking and roling but ya know... we all had a great time and it didn't matter since we were amongst friends.....

The instructor was fabulous!!!!!  I didn't get but one picture because I was having too much fin Zumba-ing myself!!!  LOL!!!  Come join us if we get the class going!

No, we all pulled through just fine.  Deb took the pics.  I haven't seen them yet.  I was too busy shaking my assets.
It was great fun and then teacher is putting together a proposal for us to hold a class just for WLS patients, if anyone is interested, please let me know and I'll make sure you get the info. 

I know, I know, we're all the way on this side of the bridge, but if we do it once or twice a month, it won't be too bad of a drive.  We drive all the way to Baltimore for you guys and the doctor and support group meetings and outings, etc . . . .etc . . . etc.

I'm so glad you had fun!!!

Trust me, I'm MORE than willing to come over yonder to see you guys.    Just don't know that I need to be shaking anything!!! 

But FYI, I'd be happy to drive down on a weekend to get together for lunch or something.  In fact, I need to hit the Queenstown outlets, so I'll let you know!!!

Sorry I had to miss the class and the meeting.  I had a public meeting I had to attend to for work.  I miss you guys.   I plan on coming next month, no matter what!!!  I already told my boss no more public meetings in the evening for me i have a life to get to.  Please let me know where the next meeting is, that is if you guys will still let me come
