Anyone know of one that tastes good and can be found locally?

Walden Farms - I know my local Mars has it, in the aisle where some of the other s/f products are.

Let me know if you don't find it!  I'm betting the Mars at Padonia has it.

Thanks - I'll look for it :  I ordered a fruit dip mix and it says to mix with cream cheese and
marshmallow -  I'll bring it to bingo next week -  which reminds me I need to post about that.

GREATTT!!!  We'll all be running to the bathroom.  Sugar alcohols!!!  Don't you think Kathy suffered enough on the cruise??????

Actually, did I tell you about the pumpkin dip?  Don't know if you like pumpkin or not, but:

1 container whipped cream cheese
1/2-1/4 can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
pumpkin pie spice to taste
Splenda to taste
Tub of s/f cool whip (if you want it thinner)

Mix, serve with s/f gingersnaps or s/f sugar cookies.

If you do the fruit dip next week, the next time I'll do the pumpkin dip since it'll be closer to the holidays.

BUT............We've got to get up early the next day to go to Cira's - just remember that!!  Maybe bingo the following week would be better?

night the day after the last one LOL - and I know Nicole will be in town next weekend

Have never been a pumpkin eaterLOL ( so it must be good for you)  but I'm game to
try it..

Darla,

I wonder what would happen if instead of the marshallow cream, you mixed in Greek yougurt flavored with Vanilla extract and Equal, Splenda, or something like that? The consistency of the Greek yogurt is so creamy, I bet it would be good. Just a thought / experiment!

Hey Deb!

I was thinking the same thing - you wouldn't even have to add the extract, though, because IMO, Greek yogurt sweetened with Splenda is a good thing already!!

You could add orange or lemon extract, too, for a zing!!!

Tell the truth....you push the extracts so much.....do you own stock in McCormick???  LOL!!!

I was actually thinking that sf cool whip has about the same consistency. But, doesn't walden farms make all sugar alcohol stuff? I used to use their pancake syrup and it never bothered me. Then again, nothing ever bothered me pre-op.
Hugs!

I'm going to try it with the greek yougurt - I know I can get that at Giant or if not
Trader Joes is right near work.  That might be best cause i'm thinking it
might be good on those little toast things Kylie likes LOL
