ZUMBA tonight!!!

We are going to ZUMBA

Class starts at 7pm, so please try to get there by 6:45.  We will have a 40 minute private ZUMBA session by our instructor Page.  Parts of the routine will be seated as I know there may be some not ready to shake everything our mama's gave us.  But it's certainly going to be a fun way to get some cardio going.  Please wear comfortable clothing.

you are an hour and 44 minutes from me :( otherwise i would love to go. i am going to venture into classes like zumba at bally's next week. i think i am ready for it. let me know how it goes.

I will definately let you know how it goes.  The instructor is familiar with bariatric surgery patients and she has a routine that is 1/2 seated and 1/2 standing for those of us that may not be able to make it through the whole workout standing.

Sounds like so much fun.  I hope we have a great turn out!!!
