Hey everybody!!! I found WW cheese snacks - 1 WW pt. per piece, 90 calories/7 g protein for a serving (two pieces). I'll let you know how they are. I hate cheese that tastes fake, soo.....

L - Turkey, swiss, tomato on l/c tortilla

D - Ground beef/noodle casserole
S - s/f rice pudding

Yesterday was a carbon copy of the day before
b - 3 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese and some peanuts
d - a big salad with cottage cheese
I'm starting to run out of food......I hope I have enough to last me till wednesday or I'm back to just having protein shakes for a meal LOL.

How was it?
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee the usual, Quaker oatmeal cereal made with 8 oz 2% milk
S- Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Strawberry cream cheese
L- 1 cup Shrimp and Chicken home made gumbo
D- Chicken helper with 4 oz chicken breast
S-Chicken salad with (lettuce, tomatoe, celery, onions and green pepper with mayo) with 12 Wheat thins... Later 1/4 cup of mountain trail mix
All my water and all my vitamins
