10 1/2 month check up

So today I had my check up. I really didn't think I had lost anything this month. I really have hit a slow down period. AHHHH this too shall pass. BUT the news is 3 1/2 more lbs down. That puts me at exactly 80% of my excess weight loss.  I need to get my Butt back to the gym. I need to get this last little bit off.

Thank you all for being here and helping me with all my questions. I appreciate you all more than you will ever know.

Dianne,
Congratulations on your success.  The thing that impresses me is you realize what you need to do to get to your goal.  Exercise is so important in this journey and should be a part of your daily schedule, just like eating, sleeping, working, etc...   And not just while you're on your way down to your goal, but for the rest of your life.

Keep up the great work and get to the gym or hit the running trail, something to get that body in gear.  Again, congratulations!!!

Andy - Thanks for the congrats. I won't make excuses, this month was just plain aweful. I fell into a rutt. I do plan on heading back to the gym, and restarting our family walks this week.
While I can addmit that I dread getting restarted, I am ready to feel that "high" again after the workout. :)

Thank you Jilly,
I am so happy that I took this journey. I can't say that I always felt that way. In the beginning there were days. BUT I am very grateful that God allowed all of this happen, and I am glad that I am where I am. This week, my brother had severe chest pain and we thought that he was having a heart attack, Thank Goodness it wasn't , BUT it helped me rememeber WHY I did this.

The 31 was from my highest weight when I joined OH.  Since surgery I lost 22.  But I am really surprised at that.  Tomorrow I go back to the surgeon's office and I'll weigh in again.  I wonder if I lost any more yet.  Thanks for asking.  I feel betetr each day.  I overdid it yesterday, so today I'm resting.
