Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee, scrambled eggs, 1 strip bacon and later on about 2 hours later a serving of s/f oatmeal made with 8oz 2% milk
S- 1 small plum
L- 1 sweet italian sausage and 1 up of grapes
D- 1/2 cup of rice with beans and 3 oz of steak. 1 piece of avocado
S- 1 slice of strawberry swirl cheesecake.

Ever since I joined a gym (finally), I find myself eating so much healthier. So, now I'm not embaressed to put out on the world wide web what I consume each day. Here was today:
B - some kind of healthy cereal with bananas cut up (yummy)
S - fiber snack bar
L - turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread
S - banana with cup of coffee (ok, I'm not perfect)
D - sheppard's pie and peas
S - popcorn
