Okay, so I've been in touch with my travel agent friend, who's going to work up some prices for me for a cruise sometime in early 2010.

Although Carnival is coming back to Baltimore in 2009, I did tell her it didn't matter which cruise line - as long as it left from Baltimore so we could avoid airfare.

So................keep an eye out on the board for more info.

Cruises from Baltimore only go to Bermuda and Bahamas, for 7 or less days. I have no interest in either. Been to Bahamas, and once is enough, lol. Bermuda is too expensive, and just doesn't interest me.

The Caribbean cruises are 9 days, and I can't afford those prices, or that length of time away. I also have a non-refundable deposit on 11/09 Cruise to Lose, so I doubt I'll be able to afford one that close together, unless I win in the casino again, then I'll be the first in line!

I think it's going to be different come 2009, though, Kath, as far as where they're going. I agree with you on the Bahamas, been there, done that, not going back!!! It was a 7 day cruise, though. I wouldn't do anything less.
