Daily Workout!!!

Hi all, back to getting that exercise in. I was active all weekend but didn't intentionally do any exercise. Today I see my personal trainer. Hopefully she'll kick my butt. what bout you?

Good morning Nic!

I was active all weekend but didn't go walking and didn't  do my toning routine. 

But today I am going walking for an hour then when I get back I will do 1 hour of toning exercises.

Well I walked around sugarloaf for around 4.5 hours yesterday so I guess
I can count that as exercise:  Of course we were running our mouths
( talking not eating LOL) as well.

Hi, I had a pretty busy/ active weekend. I enjoyed only one organized exercise session on Saturday. Today is Monday so that means back to the grind... I plan to go to the gym and work on the treadmill, weight circuit and eliptical.  Have a great day everybody. Peace and Blessings, -Antoinette

I ran a ton of errands on Saturday and of course Sugarloaf on Sunday. So I did a lot of walking, but no foramlized exercise. Today is back to the routine. After all, I have to be at my best for my trip! (P.S. You can all kill me for continuing to bring this up. It is just that I can't stop thinking about it now!)
