B - Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
L - skipped
D - Turkey Breast w/gravy
       Mashed Potatoes
       Peas
       Taste of cranberry sauce
S - 1 cup cheerios w/ 1/2 c 1% milk
       3 sugar free cookies

All my vitamins and most of my water

Hey Tia,

I have been out all day today.

Yesterday:

B- S/F Maple and brown sugar Oatmeal. 12 oz coffee with non dairy creamer and splenda.

S- plum

L- PB&J on whole wheat

D- a serving of string beans & 6 shrimps

S- string cheese, grapes, Cinnamon raisin bagel with Philly strawberry cream cheese

All my water and vitamins
