Guardiann Insurance
Anyone know anything about if they cover WLS on a PPO? I am trying hard to wait until Monday to call since we found out Friday evening we are getting new coverage (Grrrr!!) as of November 1st. I am waiting on approval from BCBS and was hoping for a January date, but now I am back on square one...
