Daily Workout!!!
Swimming laps for 50 minutes?! Lady you are my S-hero
!!!! You inspire me constantly...Last night I went to the gym where I did 2 miles on the treadmill, 11 minutes on the eliptical (.21miles), the weight circuit and another 1 mile on the treadmill. It felt great and I can't wait until work is over so that I can go to the gym this evening. It's Friday so I plan to work walk on the treadmill (2 or 3 miles depending on how I feel) and 11minutes on the eliptical (My 6 week goal is to work my way up to @ least 1/2 mile).
