Surgery went well
Bruising is not unsual. Remember they are doing alot of manipulating beneath the skin. I have a small amount of bruising on my stomach. Not at the incision sites. I also have bruising on my arms and legs where I received the heparin shots. Take your pain meds around the clock for a couple of days to ease some of the discomfort. I didn't sleep well the first night home, because I couldn't get comfortable. Use lots of pillows to support you. (I had 6 at one point) I sipped some decaffineated tea, and that helped. Just the feeling of something warm going down. I hope you are able to get some sleep. I wish you a speedy recovery.
