L 1/2 cup of-home made chili with a home made corn muffin
D- Chicken thigh 1/4 cup of stir fried green beans
S- 6 vanilla sandwhich cookies, 1 string cheese,
All my water and all my vitamins.

For me yesterday, I worked from home. So I was a little less structured, but not too bad.
B - Protein shake.
S - dry cereal and raisins
L - Tuna on a wheat tortilla
S - 100 calorie bag of pretzels and some raisins (That was the last bag of the pretzels.)
D - Protein shake
S - Raisins (The raisins were definitely calling me yesterday.)
B: Protein Drink
S: Yogurt
L: Thin sliced turkey with cheddar cheeze on
crackers
S: Protein Drink
D: 1/2 C Chicken noodle soup
Today: not all of the above but I made a home made apple pie today and picked at a slice through out the afternoon....I just couldn't resist!!!!! Ok, got the craving out of my system, will be back on track tomorrow ****il I bring home Jersey bagels from my aunt who is visiting from Jersey...

Glad you did great! You know sometimes we are entitled to endulge in a treat. Before surgery I would have eaten a whole pie in 24 hours.
So girl you are fine...lol
Now talking about those Jersey bagles can you save me a cinnamon raisin bagle? Pretty please with sugar on top? LOl Enjoy!

the apple pie i made was smelling so good. i just couldn't resist. normally i really wouldn't bother eating one, but had to give in...lol...it was only one slice and it took me hours to eat it and i know once in a while it really won't kill me if i splurge..i have been pretty good...97 lbs in 7 months, yeah, its all good.
How do you not make it so it doesn't expand so much? Today I used small cup coffe, 1scoop powder, carmel syrup and ice. And by the time I blended it the blender was 3/4 full.
4-6 oz coffee
1-2T of the powder coffee mate (vanilla caramel sf coffee mate)
1-2 T of the davinci syrup
1T walmart brand powder cappacino (vanilla)
1 scoop of the protein powder
blend that all up first, then add ice, little at a time till its the consistancy you want
I think with that, I get about 16 oz all together
If you get too much, put it in another cup and keep it in the fridge
