OMG I need to be accountable I snacked on cookies all evening yesterday.

B-Oatmeal cereal & 12 oz coffee

L 1/2 cup of-home made chili with a home made corn muffin

D- Chicken thigh 1/4 cup of stir fried green beans

S- 6 vanilla sandwhich cookies, 1 string cheese,

All my water and all my vitamins.

Thank you Debbie I usually endulge aon a snack but yesterday I could not stop on the cookies. But today is another day.  lol

Cira, As someone tells me often, we have to be able to give ourselves permission to special things once in a while. Besides, you did not have any snacks until evening, it looks like.

For me yesterday, I worked from home. So I was a little less structured, but not too bad.

B - Protein shake.

S - dry cereal and raisins

L - Tuna on a wheat tortilla

S - 100 calorie bag of pretzels and some raisins (That was the last bag of the pretzels.)

D - Protein shake

S - Raisins (The raisins were definitely calling me yesterday.)

Today: not all of the above but I made a home made apple pie today and picked at a slice through out the afternoon....I just couldn't resist!!!!!  Ok, got the craving out of my system, will be back on track tomorrow ****il I bring home Jersey bagels from my aunt who is visiting from Jersey...)

Hi Terri,

Glad you did great!  You know sometimes we are entitled to endulge in a treat. Before surgery I would have eaten a whole pie in 24 hours.
So girl you are fine...lol

Now talking about those Jersey bagles can you save me a cinnamon raisin bagle? Pretty please with sugar on top?  LOl  Enjoy!

   Girl, my aunt brought us 3 dozen bagels...they were smelling up the truck sooooooooooooo much on the way home...it was killer...and we got some cin raisin...glad i am not crazy about those kind.  i did splurge today though and with my soup, i dunked half an everything bagel in it instead of having crackers...god i miss those damn addicting things....don't think bf will share the cin raisin ones though...lol...maybe tomorrow i will put a little cream cheese and strawberry jelly on half of one for breakfast...with my son here, i doubt 3 dozen will last more then a week...lol
  the apple pie i made was smelling so good. i just couldn't resist.  normally i really wouldn't bother eating one, but had to give in...lol...it was only one slice and it took me hours to eat it and i know once in a while it really won't kill me if i splurge..i have been pretty good...97 lbs in 7 months, yeah, its all good.

Hey Terri - I'm still having trouble with you shake recipe.  Made it today and the damn things keeps expanding to fill like 3 glasses.  I made it for breakfast and I'm still trying to finish the blender of now at 6pm.  I figured at least I was getting liquids.

How do you not make it so it doesn't expand so much?  Today I used small cup coffe, 1scoop powder, carmel syrup and ice.  And by the time I blended it the blender was 3/4 full.

This is what I have been doing:

4-6 oz coffee
1-2T of the powder coffee mate (vanilla caramel sf coffee mate)
1-2 T of the davinci syrup
1T walmart brand powder cappacino (vanilla)
1 scoop of the protein powder
blend that all up first, then add ice, little at a time till its the consistancy you want
I think with that, I get about 16 oz all together
If you get too much, put it in another cup and keep it in the fridge
