3 Things for Thursday
Wow some days this is hard but t\I have to remind myself there is always something to be grateful for.
1. Medical Technology : Things are so much better then they used to be. In the last
two days I have heard of people needed stints put into the coroded arteries:
I lost an uncle to a blocked artery 42 years ago and its good to know there
are procedures now available to rectify the situation
2. That I got a call from my GYN and she seems open to what I NEED to discutss
with her.
3. OK A repeat of yesterday; but you can never say/hear this enough.
FOR MY OH FRIENDS WHO LISTEN, ENCOURAGE AND INSPIRE ME DAILY.
I LOVE YOU ALL

Hey DP!!!
Yes, there is ALWAYS something for which to be grateful - you just have to search harder sometimes!!
I'm glad Dr. C is finally being responsive to your concerns. You have the right to expect NOTHING less. And I'm ESPECIALLY glad that you have been the squeaky wheel!!
I'm an expert at the miracle that stents provide!! Thank God, or Dad wouldn't be here!! His cardiologist wants him to have a duplex scan of his carotid arteries - just to check. They don't suspect anything, just want to check everything out.
My big thing today is that I'm grateful for:
Veterinary care - Although $$$$$, our vet diagnosed poor Happy with a fever and a UTI. Poor thing, I don't even want to THINK about how she felt when they took her temp!!!! She'd peed a little blood the night before last and I was flipping out. And she was squatting everywhere - which Happy DOESN'T do! She was clearly in pain, but after a dose of (did I say $$$) antibiotics, she seems better already this a.m.!!! PHEW!!! I know you feel the same way about your baby!!!
Done my break, back to the print shop!!!
Love ya,
Tia
1 - My family - Whether we talk daily or not, I always know they are there and I am always thinking of them. I love them so much. They make me happy just having them in my life.
2 - My friends - Ditto - I am fortunate to have accummulated friends from different phases of my life. Some I see and speak to frequently and some I do not all see very often. The fundamental bonds remain. I am inspired and uplifted by them. We are always there for each other.
3 - My life - What a wonderful thing it is to be alive, to be part of the human fabric of this world, to experience all of the challenges and blessings. Thanks to the opportunity that WLS has provided to me to make the most of this life that I can and not waste a single second more of it.
Blessings to All,
Debbie

Good morning everyone:
1. For having enough. I don't have a lot, but God always provides me with enough.
2. The move is done. For all general purposes everything is out of the old house an in the new. I have a few more boxes to empty, but for the most part I can now find almost everything (still don't know where the remote to my TV went).
3. My mother. She has been staying with my Aunt during the move. She will be coming home tonight, but I've got to tell you, on Monday when I got home from work, she had pulled all the linens off of all the beds, laundered and folded them all. What a joy.
4. (Okay I haven't posted in a while - so I thought I'd add one) Over the counter meds. Got a sinus infection and either can't breathe or I'm coughing due to drainage. What would we do without it?

When we believe, all things are possible!
So glad to read that you are done with the move! Ihope you find your remote. I found mine like 1 1/2 weeks after the move. LOL
Your Mom is so sweet. Enjoy her as much as you can.
Sorry you are sick. i hope you get to feeling better soon.
Hugs,
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

1. That God answers prayers! Through all of my trials and tribulations, I have learned that prayer is powerful!
2. For my mother... She may drive me absolutely insane at times, but I know she loves me, supports me, and is proud of my accomplishments. She has become one of my best friends.
3. For Health Insurance.... They may be a pain on getting approval for this surgery, but without it I couldn't afford to get healthy.
Hope everyone is having a great day!
