LOL trust me I was doing that often.  I realized that if I keep a bag of trail mix (mountain trailmix from walmart) When I see other things I like to eat because I see it I go in my trailmix bag instead. It does have M&M's in it and it helps.

Have fun at the bridal shower and I hope you do well.

I really fell off the wagon in posting my food and have found that I can be a really bad girl when I don't write it down.  I have been trying to get back into the habit of posting on My Daily Plate, which helps me stay accountable for what I eat.  So here goes:

B - Breyers Light Yogurt & 1 oz granola

L - Leftover chicken & gravy (4 oz or less)

D - Chicken salad sandwich on Martin's sandwich roll with lettuce & tomatoe
      20 potatoe chips
      6 green grapes

S - Chicken Salad & a few grapes

S - 1 sugar-free fudgsicle

All my vitamins, but never enough water.

Hi April,

That is why I love to post the feedbag because it keeps me accountable.

I had a hard time meeting my minimum requirement for water the first year after having surgery. It has been like 5 months since I have been able to get up to 80 + ounces a day.   It does get easier.  Just count the ounces a day of what you take in and each day make yourself add one to 2 ounces more until you get up to your goal. That's what I did until my body got used to it.

How are you feeling?

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Cira,

I'm feeling pretty good.  Tired and a little sore.  With the doctor restricting my physical activity so severely, I believe its making me very lethargic.  Sometimes I feel like a slug!

Can't wait for these drains to come out so I can stand under a hot hot shower.

I will try your suggestion of adding a litte more water gradually.  Sounds like a plan.

Have a great day.

By the way, How's Gino?

Hugs ...
